Britt & Chris

After being deployed for 8 months, Britt was more than ready to walk down the aisle to start her new chapter with Chris.

It was a blast getting to document the guys getting ready before the ceremony. Chris had gotten all of his groomsmen engraved yetis as a thank you gift, and as you can see in the photos, they were well used, haha. It was nice to see the guys feeling relaxed and having fun soaking in the warm sun on the cool morning of the wedding, Laughs were shared, and plenty of dog kisses made their rounds.

My favourite part of the day was definitely when Chris' best man surprised him during "first looks" in a used gown past down from a friend. Chris had expressed his nervousness about the first looks before hand, but I kept reminding him how easy and fun they turn out being... little did he know, haha.

The ceremony as well as post ceremony turned out to good. The lighting was perfect, as well as the dreamy location Britt and Chris picked out, right in the heart of Laurentian Valley on a family friend's farm.

What I loved about working with Britt and Chris was how calm and laid back the were. Britt had gotten stung by a bee during bridal photos which hadn't seemed to phase her in the least bit. In fact, I think Chris and I were more worked up about it if anything!

Thank you again for choosing me to document such a beautiful fall wedding, and I wish you two a life full of adventure with those two crazy pups of yours!
